The STG for PC implements digital filters that could improve heart and lung sounds visualization. The top figure below shows unfiltered waveform of normal heart sounds. The figure on the bottom shows the same waveform filtered by a digital filter in the bell mode.

In addition to off-line filtering, the STG for PC allows real-time filtering and visualization.
