System Overview

The Stethographics Phonocardiograph is a noninvasive system intended for playback, visualization, printing and storage of sounds recorded with an electronic stethoscope.

• Can be used with PC or Pocket PC.
• Provides a diagnostic aid for heart sounds.
• Permits attachment of patient information to a sound file.
• Intended to convert and display a patient's heart sounds recorded using an electronic stethoscope as a phonocardiogram.
• Sound recording can be saved to a *.wav file and played back through a personal computer.
• Sounds can be filtered to isolate low frequency, high frequency or full spectrum sounds.
• A graphical representation (phonocardiogram) of the waveform can be printed.
