Simplified Introduction to Heart & Lung Sounds Stethographics has produced a new educational CD-ROM with shipments beginning on December 10th. This multimedia course builds on our successful Learning Lung Sounds software. For this new CD-ROM, we are adding an introductory course on heart sounds which reviews the normal and abnormal heart sounds, mechanisms of murmur production, their locations and their clinical associations. This new CD-ROM is intended for everyone interested in clinical medicine, particularly students, interns, residents, practitioners, nurses and physician assistants. Andromed, the largest manufacturer of electronic stethoscopes, will be bundling this CD-ROM with their newly released Androscope electronic stethoscope. Look for more about this exciting new stethoscope by mid-December on our web site. |
